Quick Start

Use Your Ideagram Account

1. Open Ideagram Alpha and sign in. If you do not have access yet, use the alpha registration flow.
2. Select your organization, workspace, and project, or create the workspace/project your role allows.
3. Create a diagram from a blank canvas or a template. You can also import Mermaid.
4. Drag between connection points to connect nodes. Double-click a node to open its properties.
5. Check the save indicator before leaving. Use Pages to keep documents, notes, and diagram references with your project.

Connect An AI Client

Create a personal access token in Settings > MCP Access, then follow your client guide:

• Cursor
• Claude Code
• ChatGPT compatibility

The hosted MCP endpoint is https://ideagram.dev/mcp. Your token identifies your account; no user ID, repository checkout, or Supabase credentials are needed in the client.

MCP availability can depend on your organization's enabled features. If MCP Access is locked, check with your organization administrator.
